Welcome to Fuzlie. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Fuzlie. Shopify powers this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced here, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy only. You represent and warrant that purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale or export.
Section 4 - Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when your order is placed and shown in your confirmation email.
Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Title and risk of loss pass to you once products are transferred to the carrier.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to Fuzlie, Shopify, or third-party intellectual property except as expressly stated.

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. These tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements.
Your use of optional tools is at your own risk and subject to the third-party provider’s terms.

If you access third-party sites, you do so at your own risk.
Section 9 - Relationship with Shopify
Fuzlie is powered by Shopify. However, all sales and purchases are made directly between you and Fuzlie.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Fuzlie, including any injury, damage, or loss relating to purchased products or services.
Section 10 - Privacy Policy
Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain information may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy: https://privacy.shopify.com/en.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve them.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUZLIE, ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND SHOPIFY (AND THEIR AFFILIATES) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.
Section 17 - Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fuzlie, Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of the Services.
Section 18 - Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Section 19 - Waiver; Entire Agreement
Failure to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right.
These Terms and related policies form the entire agreement between you and Fuzlie regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements or communications.
Section 20 - Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign or transfer these Terms and related rights/obligations without notice.
Section 21 - Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements for Services are governed by the laws of Ireland. You and Fuzlie agree to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Ireland, subject to mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Section 22 - Headings
Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
Section 23 - Changes to Terms of Service
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting updates on this page. Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes and specify their effective date.
Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
