We ship from Ireland to everywhere. Whether you are in Dublin or Dubai, your comfort companion will find its way to you.
Here is everything you need to know about how we get it there.
How Long Does It Take?
Once you place your order, we pack and dispatch within 2-3 business days. After that, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Where Do You Ship?
Everywhere. We ship worldwide from Ireland, so your Fuzlie can find a cosy home no matter where you are in the world.
How Do I Track My Order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number to follow your Fuzlie’s journey right to your door.
If your tracking has not updated in a few days, do not worry; international shipments sometimes have short gaps between scans. Give it a couple of days before reaching out.
What If My Package Is Lost or Delayed?
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, email us at support@fuzlie.com. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders outside the EU, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees set by your country. These charges are your responsibility; we have no control over them and cannot predict the amount.
If you are unsure about potential fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
